Not all low slope roofs are the same. It is important to understand the elements each roof is exposed to before a membrane is selected.  Each membrane is formulated to protect against different exposures.

For the harshest exposures such as grease, fats, acids, high water exposure, or high heats Affordable Roofing relies on PVC membrane manufacturers such as Duro-Last and Sika-Sarnafil which have a tried and true performance history.

If the roof is a simple slope with no harsh exposures a TPO membrane may be used.  Independent studies have shown that GAF is a great performing membrane.
